This position exists to provide safe, respectful, evidence-based support that builds confidence and promotes meaningful progress.Key responsibilities include delivering hands-on support aligned to individualized plans, encouraging empowerment and self-esteem, reinforcing skill development and goal follow-through, and maintaining clear, customer-focused communication with a consistent focus on safety.Required qualifications/skills:- Genuine motivation to support individuals with developmental disabilities- Advocacy mindset that supports empowerment and self-esteem- Familiarity with developmental disabilities- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)- Article 9 training (or willingness to obtain)- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance (or willingness to obtain)- Introduction to Developmental Disabilities certification (or willingness to obtain)- Valid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you're ready to grow in a dependable, service-oriented role, apply today.
