Join the "Best in the Pacific NW" (2023–2025) team! We are currently hiring caregivers with a valid driver’s license who are open to flexible 2–6 hour shifts and comfortable providing transportation, companionship, and in-home care support.

This role is ideal for caregivers who want flexibility, variety, and the ability to build their own schedule by stacking shifts.

Pay & Benefits

• $21.30–$23/hr base pay + $2–$5/hr shift premiums
• Earn up to $28/hr depending on shift type
• Paid drive time between clients

Schedule

• 2–6 hour shifts (primary shift length)
• Morning, midday, and evening availability
• Ability to stack multiple shifts in one day
• Great for supplemental income or flexible caregiving work

Caregiver/Driver Responsibilities

• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal care
• Support clients in maintaining independence and daily routines
• Communicate with the care team and follow care plans

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle (required)
• Comfortable providing care and transportation services
• Caregiving experience preferred (6+ months a plus, not required)
• CNA/HCA preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 200 days
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
• Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and communication
