Caregiver – Evenings & Weekends Required

Freedom Home Care is a veteran-focused home care agency dedicated to serving veterans in our community. We are currently seeking dependable caregivers who are available during evenings and weekends to join our growing team.

Availability Requirements

Applicants must be regularly available:

• Evenings (after 4:00 PM)

• Weekends

• Short-notice coverage when needed during these time frames

This position includes a combination of:

• Scheduled shifts
• On-call opportunities
• Additional hours available based on availability and performance

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance

• Bathing, grooming, and dressing support

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and engagement

• Transportation and errands (when applicable)

• Accurate visit documentation

Qualifications

• Caregiving, home care, STNA, CNA, DSP, or related experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills

• Ability to pass required background screenings

• Compassionate, professional, and client-focused attitude
