About the Program:

Sunrise Services, Inc.'s Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) provides behavioral supports and treatment services for clients with severe mental health issues in our 16-bed facility. Our goal is to support our client's efforts to live safe and independently in the community.

We are looking for Caregivers (HCA or CNA Caregiver) who have worked successfully with clients with challenging behaviors and who can assist them with daily living activities such as personal grooming, shopping, housekeeping and recreational outings.

Candidates need to be caring, patient, and reliable and must possess good communication skills and have knowledge of de-escalation techniques.

Job Requirements:

Requires ability to pass a criminal background check, good writing skills, attention to detail, and reliable transportation.

Must have a valid driver's license, a clean 3 year driving abstract, and proof of insurance ($50,000)

Must have High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.

CNA or HCA certifications preferred.

This position is located in Everett, WA.

Schedule:

Full-time: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

Part-time: Flexible scheduling

Compensation:

• $20.77 - $22.03/hour. Wages are determined by applicable industry experience, education, and certifications/licensure.
