Responsibilities:
- Assist members with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our members.
- Monitor and document changes in members' health and report to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Help with mobility and physical exercises to promote physical wellness.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for members.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is highly desirable.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various member locations.
- Background check clearance and adherence to company policies.
