The Schedule (Please Read)
Shift Time: AM Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
How it Works: This is a 12-hour shift window consisting of 10 paid working hours and two separate 1-hour unpaid breaks.
Availability: Work days are TBD, but you must be available to work both WEEKENDS to be considered for this position.
What You Will Do
Assist & Support: Support our residents with supervision and assistance regarding their daily personal needs.
Engage: Foster a social environment by interacting with residents and encouraging them to join daily planned activities.
Advocate: Observe any changes in physical or mental condition and report them to the Resident Care Coordinator immediately.
Collaborate: Provide input to the Care Coordinator to ensure individual care and service plans are accurate and being met.
Maintain: Help with the general upkeep of resident rooms and community common areas.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the Assisted Living Field and with Dementia
Physical Ability: This is an active role. You must be comfortable working a 10-hour shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Mobility: You must be able to lift, carry, walk, push, pull, turn, bend, and move continuously during work hours.
