Always Best Care Senior Services - Upper BuxMont is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in the Perkasie, PA area. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to seniors, promoting their health, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
• Manage medication reminders and monitor client health and behavior changes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document care provided and report any significant changes or concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
