What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide compassionate support while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes or concerns.
• Engage with residents and help create meaningful, enjoyable moments throughout the day.
• Work closely with your team to provide consistent, personalized care.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide respectful and attentive care.
• Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
