Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care services and report any changes in client conditions promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Background check clearance and valid driver's license may be required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
