Job Description

Golden Care is hiring caregivers in the Ramona and Descanso area. Additionally, we have positions open all over San Diego. South San Diego and North County. From Chula Vista to Fallbrook. Are you looking for Full-time? Part Time? We offer flexible hours based on your availability. We offer competitive pay ranging from $20 - $22 an hour, and hands-on paid training (paid at minimum wage) and great benefits to our caregivers as we strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment for our caregivers.

About the Company: 

Golden Care is dedicated to providing top-quality in-home care services for all ages including senior care to help adults' thrive at home with optimal independence, health, safety and happiness, all while giving their loved one's peace of mind.

 Requirements: 

  • 18 years of age or older;
  • CA Home Care Aid (HCA) Registration or willing to get one
  • Current, Negative Tuberculosis (TB) test or willing to get one
  • No experience as a caregiver needed.
  • Must be able to provide 2 forms of ID such as a Driver's license, Social security, Passport, and or Birth certificate. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Must have a positive attitude and great work ethic;
  • Be on time;
  • Communicate effectively, and respond to all forms of communication from the office;
  • Dress professionally;
  • Complete all state-mandated training.
