  • Flexible Scheduling- We are looking at a Weekend shift differential for 3 /12's (Friday-Sun or Saturday-Monday). 
    We have Full NOC Shifts open or 11p-3AM or 3AM to 7AM for those who just want a few hours a day.  We have day and swing open with 1 weekend day required for full time with flexible shift options.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, particularly those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-related conditions.


Duties


  • Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions to medications and report findings to nursing staff.
  • Assist with vital signs checks and other basic health assessments as needed.
  • Support residents with daily living activities while promoting their independence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans for each resident.
  • Provide compassionate care in various settings including hospice, senior care, and home care environments.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements


  • Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or hospital settings preferred. We are willing to train.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while respecting the dignity of each resident.
