Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>

• Provide companionship and continuous supervision<\/span>
<\/div>

• Assist the client with daily routines and activities of daily living as needed<\/span>
<\/div>

• Support the client’s safety, comfort, and independence<\/span>
<\/div>

• Provide behavioral support using patience, consistency, and clear communication<\/span>
<\/div>

• Monitor and report changes in the client’s behavior, condition, or routine<\/span>
<\/div>

• Follow the family’s established care plan and household procedures<\/span>
<\/div>

• Maintain professional and respectful communication with the client and family members<\/span>
<\/div>

• Assist with light client -related household tasks as assigned<\/span>
<\/div>

• Remain attentive and engaged throughout the scheduled shift<\/span>
<\/div>

Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
<\/div>

• Must speak and understand English<\/span>
<\/div>

• HHA or CNA credentials are preferred<\/span>
<\/div>

• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred<\/span>
<\/div>

• Must be comfortable working in a private home with dogs<\/span>
<\/div>

• Must be dependable, patient, compassionate, and attentive<\/span>
<\/div>

• Must be able to work 13 -hour shifts<\/span>
<\/div>

• Must have reliable transportation to the Miramar area<\/span>
<\/div>

• Must be available for a consistent, long -term assignment<\/span>
<\/div>

• Must be able to follow written and verbal care instructions<\/span>
<\/div>

• Background screening or additional onboarding requirements may apply<\/span>
