Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred Certification in Home Health Aid (HHA), Nursing Assistant (CNA), and CPR Strong communication and interpersonal s Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
