The RoleAs a Home Care Aide with Renew Residential Services, you'll work one-on-one with older adults in their own homes — helping them live safely, comfortably, and joyfully where they belong. Every client is different, and that's what makes this work meaningful.
Responsibilities - Assist with ADLs and personal care such as bathing, dressing, hygiene
- Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry
- Build trusted relationships with clients and families
- Provide genuine companionship by taking part in activities they enjoy
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
What We're Looking For- A genuinely caring person who takes pride in showing up for others
- Reliable transportation, a valid Ohio driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Prior home care, hospice, or caregiving experience is a plus — but not required
