- Do you live on the Coastside or enjoy working in coastal communities?Home Helpers Home Care is expanding our team and is actively hiring experienced Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care for seniors living in Half Moon Bay, Moss Beach, El Granada, Montara, Pacifica, and nearby areas.If you're compassionate, dependable, and looking for flexible scheduling with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.Pay & Schedule
- $22–$25 per hour (based on client assignment)
- Paid every other week on Friday
- Daily Pay available through Tapcheck
Immediate Openings
- 4-hour shifts
- 6-hour shifts
- 8-hour shifts
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Weekdays and weekend shifts
- Live-in assignments
- Part-time opportunities
Caregivers who live on the Coastside or are willing to regularly travel to coastal communities are especially encouraged to apply.What You'll DoProvide one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe and independent at home, including:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Hospice support
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship

- Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willing to obtain
- Current negative TB test (or willing to complete before starting)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to communicate effectively in English
