Caregiver / Home Care Aide HCA / Flexible Schedule

NXT Level Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide non-medical, in-home care to clients in Laguna Niguel and surrounding areas.


Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  
  
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance
  
  
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support
  
  
• Provide medication reminders
  
  
• Report changes or safety concerns to the office
  
  

Qualifications

• Active California HCA registration required
  
  
• Current TB test and CPR certification
  
  
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
  
  
• Caregiving experience preferred
  
  
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient
