We are currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and responsive caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout North Monmouth, New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary based on each client's individualized care plan and condition and may include:

• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Running errands and grocery shopping (when applicable)
• Escorting clients to appointments or community outings (if needed)
• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Providing safe, respectful, and professional care at all times
• Performing other caregiving duties as outlined in the client's care plan

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsive
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to follow client care plans and agency policies
• Reliable transportation
• Must have scrubs
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred
• CNA or HHA certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling based on client needs, including:

• Full-time
• Part-time
• Weekday shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Live ins

Compensation

Compensation varies depending on the assigned case and level of care required. Pay rates will be discussed during the interview process.
