What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry.

• Escort and assist clients based on individualized care plans.

• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.

• Promote safety by following infection control procedures and proper body mechanics.

• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare team members.

• Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of caregiving experience with the elderly or frail population
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Comfortable providing home visits
Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred (public transportation is acceptable)
Comfortable with a 3–6 month contract assignment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic English communication and documentation skills
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
