Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role based in Rosharon, TX. The Caregiver will provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Responsibilities include helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and safe mobility and transfers. The Caregiver will offer companionship, engage clients in conversation and activities, and monitor changes in health or behavior, reporting concerns to supervisors or family members as needed. The role also involves following individualized care plans, maintaining accurate documentation of services provided, and collaborating with the local office team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.\n

- Ability to provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, safe transfers, and mobility).

- Skills in home support tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with errands and appointments.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport, providing companionship, and collaborating with clients, families, and team members.

- Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to care plans, accurate documentation, and respect for client privacy and dignity.
- \n
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion when working with older adults, including those living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or Parkinson’s disease.

- Ability to follow training and safety guidelines; prior caregiving, home health, or CNA experience is beneficial.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks and required screenings.

- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development, including specialized Senior Helpers programs for memory and mobility-related conditions.
