About Zuhri Care
Zuhri Care provides dependable, compassionate non-medical home care for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. We are looking for responsible caregivers who treat clients with patience, dignity, and respect.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare simple meals according to the client’s needs
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
- Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments and errands when assigned
- Observe changes in a client’s condition and report concerns promptly
- Complete care notes accurately and on time
- Follow each client’s care plan and Zuhri Care policies
- Maintain client privacy and professional boundaries
- Arrive on time and remain for the full scheduled shift
Qualifications
- CNA Certification preferred but not required
- Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, or senior care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
- Able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and supervisors
- Able to follow written care instructions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Smartphone access for scheduling and care documentation
- Must be able to pass required background and employment checks
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
Caregivers may be required to:
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, and kneel
- Assist clients with transfers and mobility
- Lift or support up to [insert weight] pounds
- Perform household and personal-care tasks safely
Scheduling
Zuhri Care offers shifts based on client needs. Caregivers should be available for shifts of at least four hours. Daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available. Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
