Essential functions:
- Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
- Personal Hygiene
- Ambulation/Transfers
- Dressing/Shaving
- Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
- Accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments
- Performing light housekeeping activities
- Perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, including but not limited to:
- Providing hospice supportive care
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Care of bed-bound patients
- Incontinence care
- Using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
Preferred experience:
- Hoyer lift
- Personal care
- Range of Motion Exercises
- Foley care
- Companionship
- Light cleaning
- Fluent in English is essential
Referral Bonus:
- $50 Referral Bonus if you refer a friend who works 6 months at 20 hours per week or 480 hours of work.
