Caregiver - In home Care

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to help care for elderly clients in their own homes. Build meaningful relationships while helping our clients stay independent and safe in their homes. We service the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City as well as surrounding towns.

PAY: $16 - $18 for starting pay

Caregiver Pay/Benefits:

• We offer weekly Friday pay - offering direct deposit or paper check
• Earn more money for overnights and weekends!
• Flexible scheduling - You pick your schedule and where you want to work!
• Paid training

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Companionship shifts:Hands off cares includes: cooking, light cleaning, med reminders, helping with errands and occasional transportation to appointments etc.

Personal care shifts:hands on care includes: assisting with bathing/shower, dressing, toileting, transfers, etc.

Caregiver Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred unless where required by law
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes as needed for client care service needs
