Responsibilities
- Help clients live safe, comfortable, and rewarding lives
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility/transfers, personal hygiene (bathing, toileting), errands, and companionship
- Provide kind, engaging, and attentive companionship
- Monitor client well-being and report any health or safety concerns
What You Need to Be Successful
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Compassion for people from all walks of life
- Dependability and reliability to be a great caregiver
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
- Physical ability to assist clients safely (e.g., mobility support, repositioning)
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Caregiver experience
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening (including APS and CPS records)
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance!
