What you’ll do:
Provide meaningful, one-on-one care that helps clients stay safe and independent at home:
- Companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility support)
- Support with daily routines and medication reminders
- Communicate changes in client condition with the care team
Earn more with advanced caregiving skills
We offer higher pay rates for caregivers with experience in:
- Memory care (Alzheimer’s or dementia)
- Parkinson’s care
- Bed-bound care (including in-bed bathing and repositioning)
- Safe transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt, bed-to-chair)
- Hands-on bathing and mobility assistance
What you need:
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks and screenings
No CNA or HHA certification required — but higher pay is available for licensed and experienced caregivers.
