Looking for a part-time caregiver for evenings. 7pm - 9pm Monday thru Friday and every other weekend. CBRF certification and/or current CNA status. Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Support clients in daily activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to the healthcare team.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Maintain accurate medical documentation of client care and progress.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as required.
Ensure a safe living environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing safety measures.
