Caregiver Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-quality care to clients, including companionship, personal care, and household support.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and the office team to address concerns or changes in care.
• Assist with coverage for client shifts.
• Promote best practices and uphold Home Instead’s mission of providing compassionate care.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Background check, drug screen, and DMV check required.
• Valid driver’s license, social security card, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record to transport clients required
