**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document client progress and daily activities, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Assist with transportation to appointments or outings, ensuring clients remain engaged and active.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or nursing assistance is preferred.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job and assist clients with mobility or lifting when necessary.
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
