Caring Senior Service | Staffing Coordinator

What You'll Own:

Build & Strengthen the Care Team

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality caregivers
  • Set clear performance expectations
  • Maintain strong service standards and team culture

Develop & Support Caregivers

  • Provide mentorship and daily guidance
  • Reinforce accountability and professionalism
  • Ensure caregivers feel supported and valued

Own Scheduling & Operations

  • Manage caregiver schedules and coverage needs
  • Solve last-minute call-offs with calm, decisive leadership
  • Match caregivers to clients based on skill, personality, and care needs

Support Clients & Families

  • Help ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Communicate proactively and professionally
  • Address concerns quickly to maintain trust and satisfaction

Lead From the Front

When needed, you'll step in to assist with ADLs or companionship to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience 
  • Experience within healthcare or senior care is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
  • Valid driver's license & insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass background and registry checks
  • Positive, accountable, team-first leadership style

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Starting Salary: $40,000 plus bonus
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Rotating on-call (evenings/weekends for urgent coverage support)
  • Office-West Houston Area (local travel as needed)
