We're Looking for Someone Special

We're looking for an experienced caregiver to spend a few meaningful hours each week with a lovely woman who is navigating the challenges of dementia and benefits from a calm, reassuring presence.

She needs someone who will take the time to connect with her—not simply complete a list of tasks. The right caregiver will understand how important patience, conversation, reassurance and meaningful engagement can be in helping someone living with dementia feel comfortable, secure and valued in her own home.

Extensive dementia care experience is required.

You'll use your experience to:

• Provide gentle redirection and reassurance
• Engage her in meaningful conversation and activities
• Recognize and respond compassionately to dementia-related behaviors
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a calm, positive environment
• Assist with personal care and ADLs as needed
• Help her feel safe, respected and comfortable in her own home

We're looking for someone who is patient, warm, engaging and dependable—someone who understands dementia care and genuinely enjoys building a connection with the person they are caring for.
