What You'll Do
As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate support that helps seniors maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and daily activities
- Offering medication reminders and observing changes in condition
- Engaging clients in enjoyable activities like reading, puzzles, walks, and hobbies
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active California Home Health Aide (HHA) registration
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
