Caregiver Mon-Fri 3pm-9pm

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver to provide one-on-one personal care assistance for an adult male with cerebral palsy (CP). The ideal candidate will be reliable, respectful, and committed to supporting the client's daily needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with feeding and meal support
• Provide bathing and personal hygiene assistance
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care as needed
• Perform safe transfers using proper transfer techniques and equipment (transfer experience required)
• Assist with dressing and grooming
• Monitor the client's comfort and well-being
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate professionally with the client and family members

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care assistant preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with cerebral palsy or other physical disabilities is a plus
• Ability to safely perform transfers
