Assisting Hands of Greater Murray is looking for compassionate caregivers to grow with our business. We truly believe that our caregivers are at the heart of the company. That is why we ensure that all employees receive thorough, paid training and a supportive work environment that will adapt to your schedule. We’ll train the right candidate, as we’re primarily hiring for compassionate people with extra love to give.
This position is perfect for you if you need extra income and have limited hours of availability!
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill the personalized plan of care set by the agency director
- Assist with ADLs (ex. nutrition, exercise, companionship)
- Establish rapport with clients and their families
- Drive to all assigned shifts on-time
- Record and report all session notes to the office
- Bring the peace of mind needed to keep seniors in their homes
We are actively building a strong caregiver team for ongoing and future client needs. This is a Part-Time position, but consistent and reliable caregivers will be offered more hours as cases become available.
Our caregivers deserve just as much consistency and respect as our clients do. We love our caregivers, and we want to show it! All of our employees have the opportunity to participate in our bonus programs and earn additional awards.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have consistent and reliable attendance
- Must have strong communication skills
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
