Your Responsibilities
- Personalized Support: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Health Monitoring: Track clients’ health status and promptly report changes to medical professionals and family members.
- Empathetic Care: Help clients maintain their independence and dignity through patient-centered support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of care provided and noteworthy observations.
- Collaboration: Partner with healthcare teams and family members to ensure continuous, high-quality care.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: Proven track record in home care or a related healthcare field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse clients.
