Job Description
Requirements:
- Experience as a Caregiver or Assisting ADL's is required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. (MUST DRIVE)
- Able to pass Background check required.
- Experience as a PCA/CNA a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide patient care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or autism.
- Monitor vital signs and observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and proper hygiene practices.
- Operate mobility equipment (e.g., Hoyer lifts) when needed for safe transfers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient observations and report significant changes to appropriate personnel.
