    Caregiver Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
    • Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
    • Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support as a trusted Caregiver
    • Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity in their own homes
    • Adapt to different client needs and schedules as a professional Caregiver
    Caregiver Requirements

    • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required — we provide paid training
    • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical caregiving tasks
    • Pass a written competency exam, drug screening, and nationwide background check
    • Dependable, honest, and compassionate individual with a passion for caregiving
    • Strong communication skills and commitment to providing excellent Caregiver service
