Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized, non‑medical support to clients in their homes, including:
- Personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders and companionship
- Supporting clients with daily routines and activities
- Working various shifts based on client needs and availability
Each Caregiver is matched thoughtfully with clients to ensure comfort, consistency, and quality care.
Caregiver Requirements
- HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required (paid training available)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, and compassionate attitude
- A genuine desire to work as a professional Caregiver and help others
