Personal Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support that helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Offering medication reminders
- Supporting daily activities and mobility needs
- Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for clients
- Delivering exceptional in-home care services with compassion and professionalism
Caregiver Qualifications
- HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification preferred but not required
- No certification? We will pay for your training
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
- Successful completion of a drug screen and nationwide background check
- Reliable, honest, energetic, and compassionate
- Strong desire to help seniors and individuals in need
