Pay: $16.10–$18.10/hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 2nd and/or 3rd | Rotating Weekends
Position Summary Provides daily care and support to residents while promoting their dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor residents and report changes to the care team
- Assist with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Respond to call bells and resident requests
- Help residents get to meals, activities, and appointments
- Document care and communicate with team members
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
