Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance as needed, including support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support to help foster a positive daily experience
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and tidying of living spaces
- Support medication reminders and follow care plans as directed
- Help with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities when required
- Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment at all times
- Respect client privacy, preferences, and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to client support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care instructions and work independently
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks as needed
- Basic understanding of personal care and safety practices
- Previous caregiving, home care, or related experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
