Caregiver/Part time

About the Role:
Necessary Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Caregiver to join our team in Greensburg, IN. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to prevent falls
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
