Caregiver / PCA – Atlanta & South Fulton Client Cluster

Quality Personal Care (Spears Home Care Inc. DBA Quality Personal Care) is hiring a dependable, compassionate Caregiver/PCA to support clients across Atlanta and South Fulton, primarily in Atlantic Station/Central Atlanta (30363), Southwest Atlanta (30310), and the South Fulton/College Park area (30349).

This position is designed for a local caregiver who wants to build a stronger part-time schedule by combining compatible client assignments. The current referral cluster represents approximately 25 potential service hours per week as schedules are finalized and cases are matched. Applicants who live near these communities and can reliably travel between nearby client homes are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal-care needs
• Provide safe mobility, transfer, ambulation, and supervision assistance
• Prepare light meals and complete light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and respite support
• Provide medication reminders within the caregiver's permitted scope
• Complete required visit documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the QPC office

• Required Qualifications

• Current negative TB test
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Atlanta and South Fulton
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications completed through in-person training
• Dependable attendance, professional communication, and a compassionate approach to care
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, personal care, home care, PCA, CNA, or senior-care experience
• Experience supporting clients with dementia, mobility limitations, bathing needs, or safety supervision
• Availability for afternoon and shorter-shift assignments

• Pay and Opportunity

• $17.00 per hour
• Part-time schedule with the opportunity to combine compatible nearby cases
• Approximately 25 potential weekly hours across the current referral cluster
• Current QPC employees may earn a $500 employee referral bonus for successful referrals, subject to company referral-program terms
