Caregiver Pediatric Support In Home Care Part-Time

Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 15 Hours per Week


Job Overview
Graceful Touch Home Care LLC is hiring a Pediatric Caregiver / In-Home Support Provider to deliver one-on-one care for a child with autism in a private home setting. This position is ideal for caregivers with experience in autism support, behavioral support, sensory processing needs, or developmental delays.


Candidates with backgrounds as a Caregiver, PCA, DSP, Behavioral Aide, RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), or Childcare Provider are strongly encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric in-home care
  
  
• Support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  
  
• Assist with sensory regulation and structured activities
  
  
• Encourage communication, engagement, and routine
  
  
• Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive home environment
  
  
• Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines
  
  
• Communicate professionally with family and care team
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
  
  
• Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, or special needs preferred
  
  
• Knowledge of sensory processing challenges a plus
  
  
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
  
  
• Ability to pass background screening and meet state requirements
