DODGE PARK and THE OASIS AT DODGE PARK in Worcester are looking for care givers for all shifts.

Our number one priority is to find the right caregivers/aides to deliver the highest quality care and companionship to meet the individual needs of each resident.

No certificates or license is required. Previous experience with dementia is a big plus.

We are hiring for full time (40 hours a week) with every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, focusing on those with dementia and other cognitive impairments.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient observations and changes in condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment within the home or community setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and support.
• Administer first aid as needed and respond to emergencies promptly.
