Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA)

STARTING PAY: $12.36/HOUR

Heritage Home Healthcare is a home health agency hiring caring and dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide support to clients in their homes in the Albuquerque area.

We are actively hiring caregivers in the 87108 area and have multiple client assignments available with a variety of schedules and hours.

What You'll Do

You'll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.

Your work may include:

• Meal preparation
• Helping with household services and light housekeeping
• Providing supervision and companionship, and emotional support
• Helping with daily routines and activities
• Following the client's care plan
• Providing mobility assistance when needed
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Keeping the client's environment safe and clean
• Reporting changes or concerns to our care team

You Will Travel to Clients' Homes

This is a personal care position, so you will travel to different clients' homes rather than working at one location.

We are actively hiring caregivers in Albuquerque, NM 87108.

Multiple client assignments are available, with opportunities for different days, times, and hours depending on client needs and caregiver availability.

You must have:

• Valid driver's license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance

You must be comfortable driving to clients' homes and completing grocery shopping or other errands when required.

Paid Training & CPR

No CPR certification? That's okay!

We provide paid training, including CPR training if you need it.

Albuquerque caregivers will attend one required paid in-person training session as part of onboarding. Additional required training may be completed online.

Before You Start

Applicants must successfully complete:

• Background check
• Fingerprinting
• Pre-employment drug screening
• TB screening
• CPR certification/training
• Required onboarding and training
