STARTING PAY: $12.36/HOUR

APPROXIMATELY 15 HOURS/WEEK | PAID EVERY FRIDAY | PAID ORIENTATION & TRAINING

Heritage Home Healthcare is a home health agency hiring a caring and dependable Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to provide one-on-one personal care for a client in San Ysidro, New Mexico (87053).

This position offers approximately 15 hours per week, with scheduling based on the client's care needs.

What You'll Do

You'll provide one-on-one support to a client in their home.

Your work may include:

• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Providing supervision, companionship, and emotional support
• Helping with daily routines and activities
• Following the client's individualized care plan
• Assisting with exercises as directed
• Providing medication assistance as delegated and permitted
• Providing mobility assistance, including transfers when needed
• Providing light housekeeping assistance
• Keeping the client's environment safe and clean
• Escorting or transporting the client to appointments or errands when required
• Reporting changes or concerns to our care team

You Will Travel to the Client's Home

This is an in-home care position located in the San Ysidro, NM 87053 area.

You must have:

• Valid driver's license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance

You must be comfortable traveling to the client's home and transporting the client when required.

Schedule

• PRN position
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Schedule based on the client's care needs
• Location: San Ysidro, NM 87053

Paid Training & CPR

No CPR certification? That's okay!

We provide paid training, including CPR training if you need it.

Additional required training may be completed as part of the onboarding process.

Before You Start

Applicants must successfully complete:

• Background check
• Fingerprinting
• Pre-employment drug screening
• TB screening
• CPR certification/training
• Required onboarding and training
