Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Drivers License is required 

NO Experience needed- Willingness to learn new skills 

Eagerness to provide quality care with compassion 

Ability to act in a professional, dependable and compassionate manner 

 Ability to provide assistance for elderly clients in their homes with kindness 

Attending to their needs with ability to follow individualized care plan.

Remind clients of daily tasks and assist- drinking, eating, medication reminders

Assist with mobility around their home- helping and ensure safe moves throughout their homes 

Assist with personal care and hygiene - assist in sponge bathing, showers 

Assist with meal preparation- Assist in meals 

Occasional transportation - examples Dr. Appts, Daily Errands 

Perform light housekeeping duties- sweeping, light laundry, linen changes, dishes after meals

Excellent communications skills - with clients and office staff

4hr/8hr/10hr/12hr shifts

Day shift

Evening shifts

Overnight shifts
