·       Assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, eating) 

·       Sharing meaningful moments—baking, crafting, exercising, or just enjoying conversation

·       Administering medications (we’ll train you!)

·       Documenting daily activities and progress

·       Creating a safe, welcoming environment—whether that be inside of our homes or out in the community

·       Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families

·       Sharing joy through conversation, creativity, and connection

·       Being the reason someone smiles, laughs or learns something new

·       In other words…making someone’s day…each and every day 
 
 

·       No experience needed—we have no doubt that we can train you how to do this job; however, we can’t train you how to care…

·       You care and you have a heart for service and a desire to help others live full, joy-filled lives

·       Must be at least 18 years old

·       High school diploma or GED

·       Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality

·       Willingness to complete CBRF certification and training within 90 days (don’t worry, we’ll pay!)

·       Ability to pass criminal background check

·       A valid driver’s license and a clear driving record check (required for some 1st shift roles)
