Caregiver | Private Facility | 3pm - 11pm | 32 Hours Per Week

About the Opportunity: We currently have a shift from 3pm - 11pm. We can guarantee 32 hours per week.

Our client is a privately owned, luxury 6-bed Assisted Living Home in Bradenton, FL that delivers highly personalized care in an intimate, family-style environment.

This is not a high-volume facility. This is a newly renovated luxury home located on Manatee Ave not far from Manatee Memorial Hospital.

Residents are treated with the utmost dignity and respect — and so are employees. The owner is deeply passionate about senior care and considers it an honor to serve this population. They are seeking someone who shares that heart and commitment.

Compensation & Perks:

• $19.50 – $21 per hour depending on experience (Starting Pay - you can get raises quickly)

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Pass medications (Med-Tech certification a plus)
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietician recommendations
• Encourage and engage residents in meaningful activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life

This role is about more than checking boxes — it’s about building relationships. Our client wants residents to feel like they have a friend, not just a caregiver.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA or HHA Certification OR prior caregiver experience
• Active CPR Certification OR willingness to obtain (company reimburses; will also cover renewal costs)
• Passion for and genuine respect for the elderly population
• Reliable transportation
• Stable employment history
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Proof of TB test within the last 5 years (or willingness to obtain a new one)
• Med-Tech Certification is a plus
