Every day is an opportunity to bring comfort, encouragement, and companionship to someone who truly needs it. As a caregiver, you'll provide non-medical support that allows clients to remain safe, happy, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, and toileting
Offering medication reminders
Helping clients move safely inside and outside the home, including transportation to appointments
Planning and preparing meals
Grocery shopping or accompanying clients while they shop
Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition while responding appropriately to emergencies
Encouraging and assisting with activities of daily living to help clients maintain their independence
We're searching for caregivers who lead with compassion, take pride in their work, and are committed to providing exceptional care every day.
Ideal candidates will have:
A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
The ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
At least 2 years of healthcare or in-home caregiving experience preferred
Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of their home address
The ability to provide care for both male and female clients
The ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
A compassionate, dependable, patient, and positive attitude
