Position Overview


We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and dedicated caregivers to provide personalized in-home care to clients throughout the Round Rock and Georgetown communities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.


Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration required)
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and the office team

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience, professional or personal, preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus, but not required
• Commitment to providing outstanding client care
